‍Many have asked me to share my current outlook on NOTS and NOTS-related technology. I wish there were an easy and strait forward answer to this question, but there's not. So I will share with you what I do know. Otherwise, there is no telling where the conversation will lead.

‍Let us look at what we know to be fact is what is outlined in the basic books of Dianetics

‍and Scientology. They have changed a bit from version to version over the years, but the message is primarily the same and can be cross-referenced with other versions of the books. More importantly, they are all public and a part of public record, not confidential.

‍

‍In those basic books - all written between 1948 and 1954 (the exception being Dianetics 55!) - the whole entire procedure for producing OT's is outlined. Creation of Human Ability was the culmination and end result of research in OT. With it, you could produce beings that were exterior with full perception and returned to their native state.

‍

‍Then Dianetics 55! was released, and with it, we had the precursor to what would become the Release Grades, but many miss that correlation. In any event, all that is needed to produce OTs was researched and outlined by 1955. Done and complete.

‍

‍If we take all of that in its context, then there is no logical room or framework for NOTS to fit into. It just does not exist circa 1955 to 1961. In fact, at that point the only reference to “Entities,” is then being referred to as a type of circuit. As in, demon circuit - mentioned in DMSMH.

‍

‍Then we have the Saint Hill era, which is marked by GPm's and research into various different areas of life and business. But tech-wise, GPM processing was developed, and the SHSBC was later given, to deliver all that would be necessary to create Clears, mainly because there was a lot of auditor trouble in handling cases to clear.

‍

‍This activity continued until the formation of the Sea Org, in 1968, and the research les of the upper Of Levels - so it's said, which culminated in a 2-million-dollar disaster known as the Stage Coach Hotel and Flag Land Base.

‍

‍Most believe that GPM tech eventually led to implanted GPM's, and then from the original OT III Implant, to the running of BT's, clusters, and entities. But then again, why go from clear, to running Bts and clusters, to the original OT levels, back to running more BTs and clusters with NOTS?

‍

‍Doesn't make much logical sense, does it? What does make sense, is realizing that OT I, OT2, and of 3 were part of the clearing course materials, and the SAME implant. So that's one problem solved.

‍

‍But what about NOTS? Well, my original intent can be seen with the original of Levels of 4, 5, and 6 – which were really processes found in COHA. And here is where we hit the snag, because OT7 is then evidently replaced with NOTS, and a later version of OT 8 incorporates NOT's style auditing (one of three known OT 8 versions). Though there is evidence that the original OT8 was ran using Standard Tech, similar to early Dianetics.

‍So, what really happened? Oh well, I would say the same thing that happened multiple times before. I got us up to OT 7, but at that point, not so many beings were going as exterior as we would like, so we used NOTS as a step-gap that seemed to work. It would not be until years later, and my death, that we realized it was not the answer.

‍

‍Knowing what we know now about Incident Ø being the basic on the OT 3 Implant chain, it is not hard to see how I got into the condition case-wise, that needed NOTS in the first place. If I had to guess though, the proper sequence of Levels should have been OT3, Incident 0, OT4-OT6, and an OT 8. But hindsight is a motherfucker!

‍So, what is the true explanation behind all this? That's a good question, and one that I do not have all the facts to - I will one day. For now, I have decided to take things back into the direction of what we know with certainty.

‍

‍It is not as if we cannot change courses and rectify things with the COS later — all things are possible — but for now, we do not need to and have the superior technology. The correct technology!

‍

‍That is all I care to say on the subject of NOTS for now. It should give you all some great insight though — if not a direct answer to the question. I cannot really do that, without getting us all into a certain type of hot water.

‍

‍It has to do with being OT. What OT really means, and all that I could not share with the public until now. At least I can allude to what I mean, you will have to fill in the rest. I would recommend that you read a book entitled Majestic, by Whitley Strieber.

‍

‍It will give a lot of correlation and background to the events surrounding the development of Dianetics and Scientology, and what an OT really is.

‍

‍The direct answer is that an OT is a spiritual-terrestrial being. Not the rehabilitated kind we have come to refer to — as a result of processing — but those thetans from other worlds and universes, that are not in such a degraded state as to need bodies. Rather, I should say to be stuck in bodies.

‍

‍They most recently appeared in mankind’s history, shortly after the end of WWII. What prompted their arrival, was our development and use of the atomic bomb. What their concerns and ultimate goal was, we have not been able to determine fully - beyond their

‍need and use for bodies and organic/biological matter.

‍

‍This was first discovered around 1947, when the U.S. AAF discovered what is known as the Roswell UFO crash, in New Mexico. But the most important revelations, would come about through the use of hypnotism on U.S. Soldiers who had any dealings with this event, and later known" contact with extraterrestrials.

‍

‍Through hypnotism, it was discovered that many soldiers and private citizens had been "implanted and had other things done to them by apparent IE'S, but the Organic ET'S were not the ones running the show. The ones reported as doing this, were either unseen, or

‍appeared as floating balls of light. Yet they could communicate with telepathy and assume control of human or ET bodies at will.

‍

‍Sound familiar? well it should, because these were thetans people - real and without the flesh.

‍

‍I was privy to this data last life because of my Intelligence work and clearance, and through early use of hypnotism as a tool to address engrams. Without its use, it is likely we would not have this data and Dianetics would never have been developed. Because the truth is these thetans still operate on Earth and have interactions with man. There are also people who are not really human at all that's another story for another time.

‍

‍So, when we talk about OT - we are talking about this. But we really mean an OT that has become one - not remained in whatever degraded state they are in.

‍

‍And what does this have to do with NOTS and scientology? Well, a lot! For one, this should illustrate just what an OT is a spiritual- terrestrial being with infinite ability. And should caution people not to go around contacting random beings in session. They may respond. You may get one you don't like or cannot get rid of. They may even take you over and control your life.

‍Think about it. Would a being that degraded try to help you, or make sure you never get free? To be more powerful than they are? Exactly.

‍

‍Anyway, that is a little background I thought I would share with you all. Now don't take what I've said as law, because you know I still am not whole case wise - but it helps to share what I knew as I recall.
