An Anti-Static is anything that has mass, wavelength, time, and position in space. 

This is anti-static and it is the definition of negative zero. 

The anti-static can only exist as mass and energy located in space throughout time. 

And just like static ALL of these elements must be present for its creation. 

Take any one of these elements by themselves (or those of static) and the others will ''kick in'' on it! 

Anyone can establish this by locating something to run by asking: 

• ''What interior location is present in this?'' 
• ''What mass is present in this?'' 
• ''What wavelengths are present in this?'' 
• ''What time is present in this?'' 
• ''What exterior location is present in this?'' 

Of particular interest are commands one and five. 

These deal with space created by the anti-static (inverted static) and static in its native state. 

The first on will always have motion while the second will be fixed and motionless. 

Everything else is created between these two points and is the outer limits of what we have referred to as existence for years! 

All this happens between the interiorization and exteriorization of static. 

It is best represented by the formula 0-0: 

Which can be stated as, ''the attainment of static through the reduction of anti-static.'' 

One can just as easily run the following commands and have a very OT process: 

• ''What interior location is present in this?'' 
• ''What exterior location is present in this?'' 

By running the anti-static, we can now unlock the full power and potential of the OPERATIVE STATIC! 

And with it, we embark upon a new era and echelon of Scientology.
