FROM RON - 8 AUGUST 2025 - TO ALL NEW ERA SCIENTOLOGISTS - UPDATE TO TECHNIQUE 0-0 COMMANDS 

I have been working on the most efficient version of commands for this technique and now think I have them! It is simply to ask your main grade command and then, "where were you exterior at in relation to this?" That is all one needs to do. Upon establishing where one is exterior at it is also good to hold that viewpoint until all charge is discharged. It has been found that it is not really necessary to establish whether or not one was interior or exterior (as this happens all on it's own by establishing the above). Of course, this is still a bit experimental but it is worth checking out! It makes running things much easier and smoother. Give it a try yourself. Love, Ron

14 August - TO ALL NEW ERA SCIENTOLOGISTS CLARIFICATION ON TECHNIQUE 0-0 

Bob Grant recently asked how to properly run this procedure. There are two ways I have now found to run this procedure effectively. The first is to ask a recall or New Grade command, followed by, '' Where were you exterior in relation to this?'' Then simply repeating them alternately without doing anything else. The second is to hold the exterior point until a discharge occurs. 

I will give you a practice example of my own auditing. It was an incident where I was fighting with my brother in our childhood home. Upon asking, ''Where were you exterior at in relation to this?'' I found myself outside and above the house: seemingly looking at the home from the outside. But unlike a picture, this was a static mockup of the area I was perceiving and NOT a picture. I held that viewpoint until there was no longer any reaction and moved on. 

The key here is an exterior viewpoint is STATIC and does not have beings or any wavelengths, motion, or things that pictures do. That is how you know the difference. You can always just run the first version above if there are any issues. But hopefully this post will clear up any difficulty with understanding this process.

FROM RON (16 AUG) -TO ALL NEW ERA SCIENTOLOGISTS

As you all run technique 0-0 you may want to keep this in mind. A STATIC HAS TWO ABILITIES: TO POSTULATE AND PERCEIVE! In all cases, a being is perceiving no matter how good that perception is. From static on down to unawareness. Now on the postulate side - and this is most important - we have a harmonic that goes from: 

1. Postulates. 

2. Mock-ups (theta/thought). 

3. Force or effort. 

This in essence creates the three universes of: 

1. Static. 

2. Theta. 

3. MEST. 

All we are doing is sorting out the three with technique 0-0. But it is easy to confuse the three - especially mock-ups and static viewpoints of the theta or MEST universes. So be aware of this as you proceed and when you reach static perception with certainty - there is no mistaking it. Love, Ron

30-Aug. 2025 - STATIC CHAINS

So, I have been experimenting with the running of Technique 0-0 and believe I have finally gotten it to run "standard". This has been accomplished by repeating several times the "Where were you exterior at in relation to this?" step. Upon doing we get a sort of exteriorization point of exteriorization point of exteriorization point - until the whole thing blows. This operates almost like a chain of engrams, with the exception there is no linear time, and the points can be

anywhere at any point in time. An updated (or final) version of Technique 0-0 can then be run by:

Asking a PC to recall something (preferably by using the new grade commands).

Asking, "Where were you exterior at in relation to this?"

Repeating 2 until all points are located and the whole static chain blows! 

STATIC CHAIN: A nonlinear series of exteriorization points that are the result of greater or lesser

moments of unconsciousness in the past; that have the ability to affect a being at any time.

(That is the working definition for that anyway!)

FROM RON (1 SEPTEMBER) - THE IMPORTANCE OF RUNNING REALITY PROCESSING WITH TECH

“I have finally been able to crack another HUGE mystery pertaining to cases on the upper-levels.

It has to do with the need to remedy the breaks in reality that are caused by locating moments where a being was exterior, as when doing this, it at once causes a break in reality with the MEST universes and other beings.

Now, unlike the lower levels, you cannot simply run ARC processing to fix the situation because there are WAY more breaks in reality that occur. The simplistic solution is to just ask repetitively:

‘Recall a time you were in agreement with something,’ or ‘Recall a time you agreed with something.’

This works wonderfully well and should be used liberally together with Technique 0-0 (interspersed periodically). This will keep any case on the New Bridge running well and will make case gains in-and-of-itself!

I recommend that anyone doing the New Bridge incorporate this into their auditing routine immediately – as it helps address some of the minor difficulties in running.

02 Sept. 2025 - TO ALL NEW ERA SCIENTOLOGISTS THE CONTINUED USE OF REALITY PROCESSING WITH TECHNIQUE 0-0 

I have seen some remarkable results in the last few since I have incorporated reality processing into my routine. A lot of things that I would have previously attributed to "case" are now just gone. Even your normal run of the mill stuff like slight jumpiness the day after session are not present. It definitely looks as if my initial assumptions about this are correct. When you have a read on the meter, we are essentially measuring a "disagreement" with the bank, and this is what makes processing possible. It appears that each one of these disagreements is a break in reality when contacted, and simply handling the charge is not enough to handle rudiments going out on a case (ARCX). So, we thus have the need to correct this by remedying the reality of a PC, or more correctly, the out reality that is caused! The concept is simple but the results are VERY powerful! Give it a try yourself! You won't be disappointed!
