‍This week's debrief was a day later than I expected.

‍There is a lot currently going on and my Q&A from last week’s debrief has raised some questions and concerns.

‍I am going to do my best to address these, along with filling you in on a few other things.

‍

‍I believe that one of the main issues brought up was the question of exchange. And exactly what was meant when I said 5% to 10% of a person's income, if they make $1000 a month or more.

‍

‍This means that a person who makes $1000 would pay $50 a month to be a member and would have access to ALL forms of phasing and courses. That is all they would pay and everything else needed would be provided or in a free digital format (things like courses, books, etc...).

‍

‍If someone wanted to pursue being a full-time phaser, they can do so. But they would be required to pay an additional 5% of any money earned through separate phasing of clients. That would only apply if a person has a job or profession AND phases as well. If all a person does is phases, then that can be counted as their total income of $1000 or more.

‍

‍But as I said in my last debrief, professional phasers and Field staff Members are quickly becoming a thing of the past. With expedited results and less need for repairs and getting cases set up, we are now able to read, study, and apply any aspect of the Esperianism tech in 2 hours time. Not to mention that the body of Esperian tech is probably a thousandth of the size scientology was.

‍

‍That coupled with the need to make Esperianism viable and available in a fast-pace society, the paying phaser/Client model no longer makes sense. Not when a person can pay a small membership fee and take advantage of all the same tech a person can deliver to them. By doing it solo.

‍

‍So I would say that this type of arrangement will no longer be needed in about 5 years.

‍

‍My goal is to have every org remain at 100-200 members and be managed by a part time volunteers in an administrative capacity. These Executives would only need to put in a few hours of free time a day or week. I do not yet know if the Nonprofit Executive positions (ED, Secretary, treasurer) will be paid positions or not.

‍

‍What I do know is. Is that I would like to have every service and membership covered by grants and donations, so that every being who is a part of that group can get service. They can then do them consistently and without interruption. Under this model, everyone can truly win!

‍

‍With the excess funding that is generated through the donations of members and other sources, we can then take some preexisting members of one group and train them to Start another one. So, we will have fast, exponential growth.

‍

‍The idea is to have orgs that are managed online but that also meet up weekly or monthly in their local area. So a L.A. org could manage and help members, while having events at someone's home or a hotel periodically. Based upon the needs of that group. Once large enough, we would have an org for each city and county etc...

‍

‍With the beautiful part being there will be next to little or no overhead involved with running these things. But there will be a LOT of income involved. At least once we have officially achieved nonprofit status.

‍

‍And when it comes to Freeloader status, it is not meant to be a negative label. In fact, it only calls attention to the guys that may need a bit of extra help in getting sorted out. To allow them the time needed to do so. That's all.

‍

‍I agree that it is a bit heavy-handed to force beings to pay for a membership. But it is the only way that we can ensure a guy's ethics are in and I have looked for many other solutions than this. I've known countless beings who swore they could not pay a membership fee but were found out later to be lying.

‍

‍Many feel they can just learn or take this tech and it is theirs’s. Yes, that is true in that a person can ""make it their own through Duplication. But that does not and never has given them the OK to do whatever they want however they want.

‍

‍The solution is simple. Everyone who is a current member or newcomer will agree to phase only if they are authorized to do so. They will further acknowledge that it is unethical to do so otherwise and that unauthorized phasing will not produce any result!

‍

‍This handles all the problems with those who do not want to actually use this science and opens the way for those who do. A person who is not interested will not pay or stay around very long. Unless they think they can get the tech and then steal it for themselves, or set up shop at a later date. But that's not possible either, because all we have to do is say this guy has been "deauthorized" and his own ethics will cut his legs out from under him.

‍

‍These are extreme examples. But can emphasize how serious it is, we move forward with things and get in some discipline and get ethics. Other than that, we can have a happy open group that is making progress and getting wins. Things will be a LOT simpler than most are probably thinking, to organize and manage. I promise!

‍

‍There will undoubtably be some confusion that comes off with all of this, I only ask that you give things a chance.

‍Not for me or anyone else. Do it for You!

‍So many in this group have been waiting on me to deliver what I've promised. That is only fair considering what has gone on with the tech both now and in the past. I can produce these results now. But it will take a little more time. So I do not want anyone who has worked so hard to miss out now. Be patient a little longer and It'll be well worth it.

‍

‍That is all I have now on the implementation of the New Org Board. What hasn't been explained will have to wait until the release of the Ultimate series.

‍

‍Moving onto this week's research. I have been doing a lot of work with two techniques that I have labeled as Grounding and Shielding. Grounding I wrote some on last week, while Shielding is something that's come up in the last few days. They are really just counterparts of the same technique and phenomenon.

‍

‍Grounding is the technique I've been using to bleed off any excess charge after a mass has been blown. It appears that our lack of doing this over the years has caused quite a bit of the negative case manifestations we've seen. The e-meter helped greatly in that it acted as a ground. But not all processes utilized one. Even if we did, I have come to believe that this would still be necessary "mentally".

‍

‍Being electronics phenomenon can be found in the mind. It makes since that this would be a needed part of phasing.

‍If not, discharged charge really has no where to go. It has to then be allowed to dissipate over time and this is what causes difficulties in a person's case. It may even be the main source of aberration and case manifestations that we are so used to seeing.

‍

‍The way to deal with this. Is to have a being practice putting out an invisible line between themselves and any solid or metal object. Then imagine that any excess mental charge is traveling along that line and dissipating. That's all there is to it.

‍

‍If a person practices this for a few hours. They can learn to Ground themselves instantly and with no effort. Which is important to be able to do upon the discharge of a mass. I have been using increments of 60 seconds to determine the best time to leave off. Meaning that if a person stays grounded for 60 seconds or more without a discharge, then it can be left off.

‍

‍But that generally only applies to before, after, or between sessions. When doing it in response to a mass dissipating during session, it is done until that charge fully discharges.

‍

‍That is how Grounding is done. I have noticed probably ten times the normal case gain one can expect since using this technique. I am just a lot more stable out of session than I was. At least for a while, until I ran into what led to the concept of shielding.

‍-

‍This new phasing that is being done with Method-C is so powerful that it causes exteriorization or semi-exteriorization, with greater or lesser perception. You think that this would be a good thing. But it has its drawbacks. The main one being that someone has not been in this state for who knows how long. They are apt to find themselves thrown back into the body or worse. All taking place without "perception." In fact, I now can prove that we have all been exterior all of this time, we only believed otherwise.

‍

‍That being said. when we start to get out of this trap and are a long way along, we start to perceive the environment around us directly as a being. The biggest liability, being that we pick up on the thoughts and emotions of other beings as we do this. But most of the time, we are perceiving our own anger as another guys. That's all.

‍

‍The solution is to mentally block or shield ourself so that this does not occurs. It usually only happens when other people are near or we are in communication with them. Using something like a phone or a computer. We then can simply imagine a mental wall or bubble around us. And while holding, the symptoms of what we are experiencing will lessen and disappear.

‍

‍Pretty much this is done just like Grounding. But is the opposite. Grounding allows a flow of energy to take place, while shielding prevents it.  Grounding is an active technique. Shielding is a passive one.

‍

‍I have found great success with running method-c, shielding, and Grounding together on any type of case. It appears to handle and replace all processes, repairs, and need for lists. Let's cross our fingers that this holds true for the near future.

‍

‍With this tech, we totally and truly have all this wrapped up. All we need to do is apply it and distribute it!
