THE STATIC CASE
I have finally managed to crack the most complex problem that has ever presented itself to Man.
WHAT THE STATIC CASE IS AND HOW TO RUN IT!
I am still researching this, so I will need some time, but the important thing is that we have finally arrived at this point. All the remaining questions we have about life, the mind, and the universe are finally going to be answered. More details will be forthcoming.

27-09-2025 - TO ALL NEW ERA SCIENTOLOGISTS
UPDATES TO RUNNING TECHNIQUE 0-0
I have been playing around with this process some and also reviewing the progress of others running it as well. It has made me go back and look at research I have done on Reciprocals and Inverted Cases. It appears that each being has a base electromagnetic polarity that is a part of who they basically are. I do not know of this is by choice or has been enforced over the years or not. What I do know is that some cases run well on Technique 0-0 as it is written. While others must incorporate the use of the command, "Where were you NOT exterior at in relation to this?" Oddly enough this works by pinpointing the times a being was not exterior and thus what caused them in the first place. So, if you have any trouble go ahead and try incorporating this into what you are doing. Basically, a case has a negative or positive polarity to it. That is the simplest way to think about this and apply it. I will fill you in on more data as it becomes available.

06-10-2025 - "TO ALL NEW ERA SCIENTOLOGISTS
I saw everyone's posts about TECHNIQUE 0 and will do my best to clarify.
1. The flows. Roger posted about these and was correct. The reason for the change of flows is we are dealing with the static itself (prior to even a flow 0) so I tweaked these a bit to make them workable.
2. The exteriorization and "what else were you doing while exterior commands." These are essentially the same as what we were doing in Technique 0-(-0). The only difference is we are using them to target other moments in present time a being was exterior ON A SPECIFIC CHAIN OF INCIDENTS. Doing things this way avoids the possibility of "jumping" static chains.
3. The procedure itself. Is designed to locate and as-is an infinite number of alternate viewpoints in pt. Chains only exist via postulates and are an agree upon reality. We can be eating a hamburger, conquering a distant planet, and ruling some distant kingdom all at the same time. Done believe it? Run this technique yourself and find out! It is the key to actually confronting the PU, case, etc... and finally exteriorizing from it and becoming cause. Hope that explains thins a bit more. It is still a pilot after all, and will need some refining, but is good in the present form I believe.

06-10-2025 - TO ALL NEW ERA SCIENTOLOGISTS
I believe I have found a way to pinpoint the exact number of incidents that are in a static chain.
This is based off of Newton's Law of "For Every Action There Is An Opposite And Equal Reaction." [That is not verbatim but off the top of my head!]
And the way this plays out in running static chains is that only the primary and basic incidents in a chain will read when a being is exterior.
So, you ask a being, "Where were you exterior at in relation to this?"
Then, " What were you doing while exterior?"
Followed by, "What else were you doing while exterior?" Until a basic on the chain is reached!
What happens during this process is none of the incidents in-between the first and basic will read. Then finally the basic will read and indicate and a being can hold the exterior viewpoint until the whole chain as-ises. We have been going about this the wrong by trying to run intermediary incidents and not the basic alone. These basics are the only time a being was in valence and therefore are the only ones that can be run. This all happens from the interaction of a being interiorizing and exteriorizing over time. More aptly put this is caused by a being postulating and then not postulating time and then motion.
But this is the way to handle static chains. They are five incidents long for example and we are handling all the force in given in these five incidents. These chains act exactly like the poles of an acid-lead battery. You can attach a wire at either terminal and have a reaction. You cannot place a wire in the middle and have anything take place. That is the best way I can put this at the moment. I hope this helps you all in your processing and the use of Techniques 0(-0) and 0.

October 11, 2025. TO ALL NEW ERA SCIENTOLOGISTS
I have finally discovered the secret underlying how Scientology works on the quantum level. The data is hardly new - as it has been with us since the beginning of quantum physics -but its application to the mind, life, and universe is! My friend Claudio Zambelli will find this of particular interest, I am sure. The secret to all this is what is referred to in quantum physics as ACTION or LEAST ACTION, and it is used to explain a whole list of things.
In fact, it is the closest thing we have ever come to a uniform theory on how things work in the physical universe. Everything on the quantum level can be explained in terms of SYMMETRY and LEAST ACTION.
But what does this mean and how does of affect us you ask? Well, there was an experiment done byThomas Young where he fired light particles through two small slits at random. And upon testing the results it was found that the particles were going through both at the same time. Later Schrödinger discovered that if you had multiple slits, the same particle would take ALL potential routes at the same time. Which was again later amended to the particle taking the ones of LEAST ACTION (resistance).
Only these points of least resistance remain as electromagnetic standing waves - while the others are canceled out. These are also the only points we can perceive in the physical universe and know as motion! All this means that what we know of as ridges, pictures, etc. are only these standing waves of LEAST ACTION!
This does not mean positive or negative (nonexistent) but STATIC energy. Static energy falls in the middle and not at both extremes then. Static thought, emotion, and effort would be the LEAST amount of those qualities present - not simply a lack of them.
I have been running the above Handbook For Preclears style and WOW! Words cannot describe this at all!
The static case (actual case) has been sitting there in front of all this time. I have been asking myself in session, "What was the least amount of (thought-emotion-effort) in this?" And it has blown anything and everything to date! If you want to give this a shot then be my guest. I could sure the feedback. We are well on our way folks. I can now explain Scientology in terms that even make sense to those in the other sciences. Wonderful things are coming! Love, Ron
19-Oct. 2025 - NEW METHOD 0 PILOT UPDATED
I have been working with a lot of variables and new data to come up with the best version of this procedure. I now believe I have found it and it will be the basis for the static grades and potentially OT-0 when it is released! I could use your help in piloting this as always.
The procedure is a simple one really:
Until all the charge associated with it discharges.
Number one above can be substituted with the New Grades commands as well. The important thing is number 2 though. It is used to approach things at a gradient and get "parts of a whole" off until an as-isness occurs.
Last, we are not trying to recall anything here. If you use that type of process then rearranges it into a postulate process - makes life much easier.
For instance, "What thought could you have about MEST?" Instead of "Recall a thought you had about MEST." That is all. I will leave the rest up to you.

21-Oct. 2025 – to NEW ERA SCIENTOLOGISTS
ADDITIONAL DATA ON UPDATED TECHNIQUE - 0 PILOT
Yesterday I posted an updated pilot for Technique - 0 and realized I forgot to include something that may be pertinent.
It has to do with FLOWS and making sure they are balanced.
By balanced I mean running the given two commands until a discharge occurs and then moving onto the next flow. I have been running the flows in the order of for self, another, and others (original triple style - not quad style) for ease of use.
You can do what works best for you under normal circumstances, but make sure you move onto another flow after a discharge occurs.
At the moment, I cannot go into the massive amount of theory behind why this all is but will soon. For now, go ahead and do this as instructed and it will make sense as you run through it. Love, Ron
2ND RON’S MESSAGE
THE THEORY OF ALL THINGS
So, I believe I now have a workable theory that will explain ALL of the misnomers and unanswered questions in Scientology. I am personally referring to this theory as the QUANTUM BARRIER THEORY and plan on writing it up as part of OT-0 only.
That will probably be the only place someone can get this theory in the future. It is designed to put one into the position to where they can never become aberrated again.
More importantly, it will allow one to pull themselves and any other being out of any condition.
So, it is applicable to the entire Bridge and all of its associated technology in actual application. So, we have finally arrived at the point we have been searching for folks.
A completion of the tech in its entirety, but of course that is only a relative end and there will no doubt be more to discover past that point. But for now, the work is done. Thank you all!

23-Oct. 2025 - To NEW ERA SCIENTOLOGISTs
TECHNIQUE - 0 REFINED
I have finally gotten this thing down to science folks (literally).
The testing of this procedure has been going PHENOMENAL and STANDARD for about the last week. It is the milestone that I have been aiming to achieve for the last eight years now! The common denominator to all of the tech and existence itself! I cannot stress the importance of this QUANTUM BARRIER THEORY and TECHNIQUE - 0 enough.
It allows for one to finally run their case in an easy manner with absolutely NO restimulation or bypassed charge on a case!
It also avoids running into any somatics or large body reactions like some of the other procedures. Further it does not affect havingness or one's tone in between sessions like before.
Just stable and lasting gains that are easy to achieve! Of course, I am talking about the most recent version of T-0 that has the command, "What is a composite part of this?"
And in case you wondered YES this also resolves to composite case as it has come to be known in Scientology.
For now, you all do not have to worry about the details. I will be writing up a set of static grades that incorporates all of this and be run with the New Era Bridge. There are some smaller points and theory I will work on later.
