EXPEDITED GRADE 7 - UNIVERSAL CLEAR

Expedited Grade 7 handles all remaining charge caused by thought, emotion, and effort. Once handled a being is Universal Clear. This is Clear in every sense of the word. Here it is meant to be a stable state achieved by running expedited grade 7.

We could even add that it is a stable Clear, to make a difference with the previous State of Clear which was only a Key-out Clear. And able to get a new bank as we could see it to happen in some ‘Clears”

Previously what a Clear was , is in this definition: 

CLEAR, noun. 1. a thetan who can be at cause knowingly and at will over mental matter, energy, space and time as regards the first dynamic (survival for self). 

And the 9th: 9 . simply an awareness of awareness unit which knows it’s an awareness of awareness unit, can create energy at will, and can handle and control, erase or re-create an analytical mind or reactive mind.

While this may not apply to the other grades, a being must run thought, emotion, and effort (against all four flows] down to incident zero.

That is the only way to produce clears effectively.

The flows to be used with universal processing are:

• F1: “Locate a time [you] did not experience a (thought, emotion, effort).”
• F2: “Locate a time a [composite being did not experience a (thought, emotion, effort).”
• F3: “Locate a time you did not [postulate] a (thought, emotion, effort).”
• F4: “Locate a time you did not [mock-up a (thought, emotion, effort).”

Each flow is run against thought, emotion, and effort separately.
