EXPEDITED GRADE 3 - OVERTS/WITHHOLDS

Expedited Grade 3 frees a being from the effects of harmful actions against themselves or others. Its EP is a fully ethical being who no longer has the need to commit harmful actions.

The flows to be used with Universal Processing 3 are:
