Expedited Processing is done with the updated and final version of Universal processing 3.
After extensive testing, it was found that there is nothing else needed to be able to locate Charge (static or standard), trace it down to its basic on a chain, and completely as-is it without Keying-in other charge.
There has never been (and probably never will be) a process as powerful and easy to use as this one. If you would have asked any Scientologist 20 years ago, if the results we are now seeing were possible, they would have said, "No!". But the results are real. They are also easy to use.

All of this data has been incorporated into the Expedited Scientology bridge, where a whole new set of grades and OT processing has been created, to unleash the true power of OT.
This tech can be used Solo, It can also be used off an E-meter. If it is done solo or non-metered, it is recommended that a being has a great deal of training and experience with the tech. At a minimum, they should at least have studied all of the basics and know how to use a meter.
But still, expedited scientology processing is so simple to use and understand, it can be done without all the necessary training of the past. On the other hand, it fits so perfectly into the catalogue of preexisting tech, all the same training can be studied and utilized. Provided this new data is taken into consideration.
That is expedited processing, in a nutshell!
1.) Locate a mass on any one of the four flows. Usually, they are taken up at a gradient. Beginning with the individual flow, and ending with the mocked-up one.
2.) Trace down and locate the basic mass on a chain or flow, with certainty. If the question in step three and four are null, then their basics have been reached. If there is a read or indication, then one has to go E/S until their basic is reached.
3.) Postulate random times with repetitive timing- until the whole chain or flow blows.
Unlike standard processing as we know it, expedited processing can behave a lot different.
Some of the things to watch out for are:
1. When locating a mass to run in step 1, it will often be found to be the basic. Because static charge has no resistance, more often than not, the basic shows up the first time it is asked for.
2. Time is not a factor. It can seem to be in an odd order. It is not consecutive as we have come to expect in regular processing, Masses and incidents can jump all over the place, or exist at the same time. This hardly matters, as timing in step 5 will handle it.
3. Don't let a person off the hook because they appear to have a huge win. So much charge is gotten off in such a short amount of time, this will appear to be the case. But keep going any way! This was a problem until recently, but with the discovery of timing, it has now been resolved.
4. A flow should be picked up and run to its basic. In one or two sessions, if possible.
It takes anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to flatten one of the new Flows. So, this is not hard to accomplish. If not, a being will tend to Key-in a little and become a bit critical or antagonistic. But it is only a response to coming uptoned, and will be high tone compared to its low toned counterpart.
5. The EP of a chain is the locating and as-ising of its basic. The EP of a flow is the locating and as-ising of the first time a mass occurred on that flow. This is always found in -and-around the incident zero area (case beyond that is timeless, and cannot be traced to incident zero).
